This web site deals with the subject of boundary disputes in England and Wales. It also deals with rights of way, and briefly mentions other forms of neighbour disputes.

Books have been written on boundary disputes by and for lawyers, and by and for surveyors. This web site is written by a chartered land surveyor for landowners and aims to tell them all that they need to know about boundaries and about rights of way, as well as how to cope in a dispute.
